CharmPop Balloons & Rentals serves the Portland, Oregon Metro and surrounding areas. Additional delivery fees may apply if further than a set distance. Hotel fees can be added to quotes if extensive travel is needed.

CharmPop Balloons & Rentals (CP) strives to use the best supplies, impact the environment as little as possible, and create one-of-a-kind designs. With skills in design, art, engineering, woodworking, floral arranging, and custom vinyl, CP can provide the custom experience that sets us apart.
WHY DON'T YOU LIST PRICES?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals (CP) creates a customized design for every client and in doing so doesn't have set prices. While this may seem like a hassle, the quote process is much more rewarding this way. Instead of getting a run-of-the-mill premade design, you're given a bespoke experience with different price points to fit your needs. Also the quote process does not take long. You can simply fill out the quote form here to start the process and CP will get back to you shortly.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals provides free installations unless there is a high degree of complexity in the design or it's installed at a time that's outside of typical hours (eg. late night installation for a morning surprise). Delivery cost is dependent on location to cover gas and vehicle expenses and is included in your quote.
DO YOU HAVE SET HOURS?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals operates mostly during normal business hours. However if you want to send a message anytime, do so. If you want a design set up at midnight, it can be done for an additional fee. Hours aren't listed on this site due to the schedule revolving around clients needs.
CAN I JUST GET RENTALS WITHOUT BALLOONS?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals does provide options for just renting pieces that can either be picked up or delivered. Delivery and professional installation is recommended for the best results.
WHAT KIND OF BALLOONS DO YOU USE?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals (CP) uses high-quality, biodegradable balloons that are purchased from a balloon wholesaler that only sells to companies. CP does not use cheap balloons or kits as those balloons are thin, smell like chemicals, don't last long, can be faulty, and are harder to work with. The brands CP uses include Qualatex, Tuftex, Sempertex/Betallatex, and Kalisan. Occasionally foil balloons of certain designs will need to be purchased through another source, but CP will try to find the best quality option.
HOW LONG WILL THE BALLOONS LAST?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals uses materials that can last up to a month or longer if kept indoors in a temperature controlled environment (not over a fireplace or in a garage or attic for example). Because of this, installations can sometimes be done the day before an event if scheduling allows. However, outdoor events have a much shorter timespan as the heat, cold, wind, etc. can take a toll on the balloons. In some cases, it only takes a few hours for the balloons to turn matte from oxidization (which most people don't mind, but worth noting). Having the installation spot out of direct sunlight and/or using lighter colors can help with longevity if hot outside. It is recommended to have the installation time of balloon designs as close to the start of an outdoor event as possible.

CharmPop Balloons & Rentals does offer gift cards! Simply send a message, you'll be invoiced for the amount, and once paid a custom gift card will be sent for you.
CAN I PICK UP A PREMADE BALLOON DESIGN AND INSTALL IT MYSELF?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals (CP) does provide smaller balloon garlands that can be picked up if preferred at the CP office for DIY installations. However, the majority of designs should be installed by a professional to get the best outcome.

CAN YOU PUT TOGETHER THE BALLOON ARCH KIT FOR ME I GOT ONLINE?
CharmPop Balloons & Rentals (CP) will not assemble a kit that was purchased elsewhere. The majority of kits purchased online from places such as Etsy or Amazon do not contain quality supplies. CP has a reputation for providing professional results and can only do so with the right materials.
